QRHUB is a cross-border QR payment interoperability platform built with HayotBank, connecting national QR payment schemes (UPI, Alipay+, QRIS, PromptPay, PayNow, DuitNow, PIX) and multilateral rails such as BIS Project Nexus into a single hub. It covers four payment flows - Local2Local, Foreign2Local, Local2Foreign and Foreign2Foreign - handling FX conversion, clearing and settlement between partner banks. Merchants accept payments via SoundBox P5 smart POS devices, mobile apps, web checkout, or direct API integration (validation-qr, create-qr, status-qr, set-status, callback, clearing). The enterprise architecture spans a channel layer (mobile, POS, web, SoundBox), an API gateway, core engines (QR processing, routing, FX, clearing, settlement, notifications) and management/monitoring (merchant management, fraud monitoring, reporting, audit). Revenue comes from SaaS and device fees, FX/settlement spread, and API monetization.
