Logix ERP is an ERP system for manufacturing companies. It connects production, warehouses, procurement, sales and management reporting in one database, so the owner sees the real picture without collecting reports from different departments. Production For each finished product you set a bill of materials: which raw materials are needed and how much per unit. When you plan a production run, the system calculates material requirements, checks stock and shows "Ready for production" when everything is available. On release, materials are written off automatically and the cost is calculated from actual expenses. Single-stage, multi-stage and serial production and batch traceability are supported. Inventory and warehouses Stock is visible per warehouse or for all at once: raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods and spare parts, with quantity, price and amount. Transfers between warehouses and to the shop floor go through "sent — in transit — received". Items below the minimum or above the maximum limit are highlighted in color in the stock report; expired items are shown in red. Inventory counts can be done manually, with barcode scanners or with RFID — the system calculates the differences, writes off shortages and records surpluses. Procurement and cost Customs, delivery and insurance costs are added to a purchase and included in the actual cost of raw materials. Goods are received in two steps: the storekeeper accepts the goods, then the purchasing department enters prices, VAT and discounts. Sales and finance Multiple price levels (wholesale, retail and others), barcodes and order management. The management P&L report shows revenue, cost of goods sold, margin and profit or loss. Accounting stays in 1C, integrated with Logix. RFID Logix works with RFID readers and reads up to 600 tags per second: inventory in minutes, control of fixed assets and tracking of goods movement and shipments. Local integrations Soliq.uz, Didox.uz, Asl Belgisi, Qpos, payment systems, 1C, Power BI, Telegram, SMS, IP telephony, Face ID and Hikvision equipment. How we work • One-time purchase: no subscriptions; the license and data belong to the client. • Installed on the client's servers; deployment in the client's own cloud is available on request. • Configured to the client's processes, not the other way around. • One vendor develops, implements and supports the system. Implementation takes 2–6 months, with training until the team works independently.
