X-SIB is a multi-tenant billing and network-management platform for internet service providers. One admin panel handles subscriber billing, FreeRADIUS/MikroTik network access, agent and reseller cash float, guest Wi-Fi compliance for hotels and cafes, and first-line support — each ISP operator's data fully isolated from every other tenant on the platform. The system self-corrects instead of relying on staff discipline: a subscriber left "Active" without a paid package is automatically re-suspended within about a minute, and agents can never push more credit to a customer than their own approved debt limit allows. Money and network traffic are booked through the same double-entry ledger and reconciled continuously. For hospitality venues, guest Wi-Fi access is gated by a configurable, per-zone identity check and logged to a compliance journal that satisfies mandatory public Wi-Fi identification rules. Access control is real RBAC enforced server-side — eight built-in roles, a granular permission catalog, and a hard rule that no staff member can grant a permission they do not already hold themselves.
